Portreath has a lovely golden, sandy beach which is popular for swimming, surfing and kayaking.

The open-plan accommodation includes a dual aspect living area with doors from the dining area out to the delightful garden, which is enclosed, part walled and has a patio area for al fresco suppers after days spent enjoying the beach.

Upstairs are the three bedrooms, an en-suite shower room and a family bathroom. The master bedroom and single bedroom have lovely views to the village centre and out to sea.
